Krishnapatam port organised customer meet in Sri City

Sri City, July 13, 2017:- Krishnapatam Port and Sri City have jointly conducted a customer meet in Sri City on Wednesday. This was an exclusive meet held for the benefit of the industrial units located at Sri City. Mr. Anil Yendluri, CEO, Krishnapatnam Port Company Limited (KPCL) welcomed the distinguished guests and the invitees, and briefly talked about the Krishnapatnam port and its unique advantages, particularly that of the container terminal.

Mr. Anil in his address mentioned that both Sri City and Krishnapatnam Port were born as twins almost during the same period and are progressing as world class facilities showcasing their strengths. Highlighting the advantages of Krishnapatnam Port, he said that they continuously evaluate procedures keeping in view ‘ease of business with port’, and introduce innovative systems in supply chain management to achieve minimum turnaround time for cargo clearance. He urged the industries to choose Krishnapatnam Port as the partner for facilitating their exports and imports in very least time.

There were presentations by the Krishnapatnam port team on the container terminal.

Mr. S. K. Samal, ITS, Development Commissioner, Sri City who graced the occasion actively interacted with the speakers and sought clarifications on various aspects.

A host of senior executives from various industrial units in Sri City attended the meet. Following the presentations there was an interactive session in which the representatives of some of the industrial units asked for more details.
