As a fast-rising symbol of ‘Make in India’ Sri City industrial hub associate in several important national projects
Sri City, September 11, 2020: In line with ‘Make in India’ and ‘Make in AP’, the dream campaigns of the Central and State governments respectively, the industrial units of Sri City have been contributing their might for several important national and international projects.
On the momentous occasion of Rafael aircrafts being inducted into the Indian Airforce by the sobriquet ‘Golden Arrows’, Sri City is very proud to state that two of its units, viz. Hunter Douglas and Siddhartha Logistics have been associated with Dassault’s Rafael aircraft project. While Hunter Douglas India installed Metal ceiling at the service hanger of the aircraft, Siddhartha Logistics Pvt Ltd hold the inventories of individual parts at its modern warehouse.
Hunter Douglas India Ltd., a 100% owned subsidiary of the Hunter Douglas group, has a state-of-the-art facility to manufacture Architectural Products in Sri City, under the brand name LUXALON®. As partners in readying the ground support facilities, Hunter Douglas has successfully supplied and installed the ‘Luxalon 300C’ Linear metal ceiling for the Rafael fighter Jet Hanger at Ambala Airforce Station, Punjab.
Siddhartha Logistics Pvt Ltd, a unit at Free Trade Warehousing Zone of Sri city, holds the inventories of parts for Dassault France. Siddhartha Logistics developed a supply chain model which is mainly used for Defence Offset logistics & supply chain management for India. As per its model defence equipment suppliers, who have offset obligations no longer need to transport the goods from India to their country and return transport to India for supply to Ministry of Defence as per orders. Besides Dassault France, it offers its warehousing services to many defence industry manufacturers, including Israel Aerospace Industries, Israel and a few others.

To fight the covid pandemic some of our units, viz Pals Plush, VRV Asia Pacific, Vital Paper and TIL Healthcare have been producing quality healthcare products, ranging from high quality Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) kits to lifesaving drugs to emergency Hospital Bed to medical oxygen cylinders.
