Agratrade delegates visit Sri City

Sri City, September 23, 2016:- A 38 member team of Chennai based Agratrade (an association that promotes business among Agarwal community) headed by its President Mr. Rajesh visited Sri City on Friday. Mr. Ramesh, Vice-President (Corporate), Sri City received the guests and extended a warm welcome. Briefing them on the salient features of Sri City, Mr. Ramesh highlighted the advantages of doing business at Sri City.

Commenting on the visit, Mr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder Managing Director, Sri City said,”We consider Agratrade team’s visit is very timely, as we are currently focusing on social infrastructure that includes residential development, more number of educational & skill development centres, shopping malls, hotels, multiplexes cinema theatres and other entertainment areas, so as to provide a complete ecosystem in the business city. As most of them are already in the allied business, I am sure the visit might encourage them to invest here.”

Thanking Sri City for permitting their team for a visit and expressing satisfaction on the available infrastructure, industry-friendly ambiance and location advantage, Mr. Rajesh said, “Sri City a complete package and has come up quite well.”

Mr. Ajay Modi, Secretary of Agratrade said that the intent of their visit is to witness and gain first hand knowledge about the Sri City, assess its business potential and explore the possibility of setting up industry. Stating that facilities and infrastructure are highly impressive and inspiring, he added,”Some of our members are very keen to invest here in social infrastructure and entertainment.”

All the delegates actively interacted with the Sri City officials and got clarified their doubts on various aspects of Sri City. Later they went round the campus and visited some of the industries, including Kobelco Cranes, Kobelco Construction, ZTT, Venture and Hunter Douglas.

Agratrade, under the patronage of Shree Agarwal Samaj, Chennai has around 150 members from various sectors of trade & industry. Its primary objective is to impart knowledge to its members on changes related to direct and indirect taxes, their impact on business, opportunities available in the fields of Trade & Commerce, wealth management , improve and build upon inter-personal skills of Member by conducting workshops and Seminars. Founded in 1995, Shree Agarwal Samaj (Madras) is a Society of 1100 members from the Agarwal community, engaged in rendering social service.
